Its development is based on an in-depth analysis of educational, social, and economic conditions, seeking to actively contribute to the country's progress by educating highly qualified teaching professionals capable of innovating and adapting to new educational settings, particularly in distance education.

Upon completing the program, specialists will have developed the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to work in higher education:
Design, implement, and evaluate in-person teaching and learning processes with an innovative and reflective approach.
Understand and apply educational theories and the foundations of university teaching, recognizing contemporary learning paradigms.
Plan curricula, defining objectives, content, and strategies consistent with educational goals.
Apply active methodologies such as Problem-Based Learning, Projects, case studies, and the flipped classroom, encouraging student participation and independence.
Assess learning using appropriate tools, rubrics, and effective feedback aimed at continuous improvement.
