Educate HR professionals with the technical and strategic skills to design, substantiate, and propose viable, evidence-based public labor policies aligned with Paraguay's legal and social context, enabling HR to move from an implementation role to a policy design and influence role.

Our speakers are neither solely academics nor solely managers: they are professionals with experience in both areas who teach through reflective practice. Their approach helps participants understand the transformation of public employment and develop change management strategies aligned with institutional objectives and respect for human rights.
🎓 Certification Information
- Upon completing the diploma course, students must complete the assessment or questionnaire on the platform.
- The assessment or questionnaire will be prepared by the instructor.
- The assessment will be available from 18/07 at 19:00 until 30/09 at 23:59.
- Certificates will only be issued to those who complete the assessment within the specified period and have paid the fee.
- The certificate will state a workload of 100 hours.
